The NS-2 is a customizable, high performance, laboratory-grade infrared camera. The NS-2 utilizes an Integrated Dewar Cooler Assembly (IDCA) design to replace the liquid nitrogen pour-fill cooling required by the NS-1. The NS-2 is fully customizable for different resolutions, spectral bands, and detector materials. When compared to the NS-1, the NS-2 offers superior portability, lower operation costs, and is lower-maintenance; however, is not designed for focal plane array swapping capability.
